💳 Rethinking Corporate Travel Payments
We opened the afternoon with Nicolas De Boeck from Pliant, who shared how innovation and digitalisation are transforming corporate travel payments. Faster, smarter, and more flexible solutions are redefining how organisations manage spend and control — without adding friction.

🔍 Rebuilding Transparency in Managed Travel
In her session, Maura Geertsma of Partnership Travel Consulting brought the conversation back to fundamentals. Trust is the cornerstone of any strong partnership — but trust without verification does not last. Transparency, she argued, is not about control, but about clarity, shared KPIs, and sustainable, long-term collaboration.

🤖 AI in Customer Service: Human Oversight Required
The discussion concluded with David Coppens from BCD Travel, who addressed the growing role of AI in customer service.
As he noted:

While fears of job replacement persist, the real opportunity lies in augmenting human judgment with artificial intelligence — using technology to enhance decision-making, not replace it.
